    * Creation of New Households
    * Posting of New Accounts
    * Creation of New Securities
    * Monitoring and correcting Corporate Actions (reorgs) with attention to cost basis reallocation
    * Notification to the Advisor of of any changes they should review

  • Hourly Fee Services

    For an hourly fee Financial Data Solutions can assist you with the following tasks:

    • Electronic & Manual entry of historical data
    • Manual entry of cost basis
    • Creation of Asset Classes
    • Assignment of Asset Classes to Products
    • Creation of Asset Allocations
    • Creation of Billing Tables
    • Preparing and Uploading of Quarterly Fees to Custodians
    • Printing & Mailing of Quarterly Reports

  • Experience

    The Securities Accounting Division is managed by John Gill.  John has worked with IAS for over 5 years and has been instrumental in assisting IAS streamline the handling of Option and Mortgage Backed securties transactions.  After 5 years with Back Office Support Service, John & Mike Kelly at BOSS found that it made great business sense for each of them to concentrate on the software they do best.  Financial Data Solutions, Inc. was therefore created in November of 2007 to split off the IAS Software operations.
